“Adopt” a class and come monthly to host holiday parties, provide activities, or just visit with the students.

TUTOR
Work 1 on 1 with a student on homework assignments and review SOL specific skills using current teaching models. This role is great for those familiar with current teaching methods for math and reading.

Volunteers will assist with classroom activities as directed by the teacher, including working on homework, S.T.E.A.M projects, and other small group activities.

Distribution takes place on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Volunteers help with registration, unloading food, sorting food, and assisting clients with food selections.

Distribution set–up and packing occurs the Tuesday before from 1:30pm – 3pm
