Peter Paul's signature annual fundraising event returns on April 30th, 2026, and it's going to be our most exciting Purple with a Purpose yet! Join us for a themed evening of celebration, community, and philanthropy. Dress to impress in purple cocktail attire and enjoy live music, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, games, a photobooth, and a silent auction featuring exclusive packages, tickets, and luxury items, all in support of Peter Paul’s mission.

 

This year's theme takes inspiration from the event’s historic setting, central to the site of Richmond’s own “Harlem Renaissance” in the 1920s, at the Hippodrome Theater, host to performers such as Bill Robinson, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Cab Calloway and James Brown.

Our guest speaker this year is Delegate Rae Cousins, a fourth‑generation Richmonder and representative of Virginia’s 79th District who has championed education, housing justice, food insecurity, justice reform, and maternal and reproductive health in the General Assembly.
